Côtes a Bras, Domaine du Penlois, AOC Chiroubles, 2021

Peaking at over 400 meters in altitude, Chiroubles is the highest of the Beaujolais Cru's.  It's excellent exposure gives this wine a profile that is both delightful, soft on the palate and elegant.  With aromas of peony and violet highlighting it's unique charm, this really is an exciting Cru.
