Brut, Château Viaudière , Crémant de Loire, NV

At Viaudière they mainly use Chardonnay with a little bit of Chenin to make what has become one of their classic wines. The Chenin gives this the structure and the Chardonnay it's fruit. The result is fine bubbles and elegance.
